very special to me as I custom ordered it in Misano Red. I get so many compliments on it, especially when it's all shined up. The sales staff and the service department have always been exemplary. The service department has always done a great job on my vehicle & has always been honest in assessing the parts that need repaired or replaced. Thank you for taking care of my Q5 & keeping it safe on the road. I chose to wait on my vehicle for the recall service. I was given an estimated time for delivery that was very accurate. My Q5 is always left in great condition after service. I love the fact that the car is washed after every service. I plan to schedule a complete detail soon. I would like to commend Audi Denver for the addition of the video explaining the health of my vehicle done by the service technician. It is a wonderful tool for showing the customer the part of the vehicle that is being worked on & what is found when looking at brakes, tires, etc. for safety. The video is an excellent educational tool for each customer!"

It has been since I have had it, but I told the tech this and the only option provided was for me to have to pay $180+ for an alignment. Why it wouldn't be covered under warranty I will never know. We live so far away from the dealership that it never made sense to go all the way up there following when I first noticed it off center. I thought I could just take it in when it got its next service. But now here I am stuck with an aesthetic issue and it drives me nuts! But to pay anything for it to be fixed is a huge bummer. Just figured it would be covered since you pay so much for the extended warranty."

Rick had my vehicle on its way into the service shop in less that 5 minutes and the follow-up paperwork took him less than 10 minutes to prepare, have me sign, and submitted to service for the technician's repair action. He saw to it that my wife's Audi Q5 was washed and completely vacuumed front and back. Rick, my wife says thank you very much for the wash and vacuum of her vehicle."

The consistent level of excellent service from the moment I bought my car is the reason why I will always buy and service my Audi's from Audi Denver. When the service was complete, he arranged for Robert to deliver my car to work and pick up the loaner. Robert was incredibly helpful after I discovered I left my garage door opener in the loaner! He actually met me at work the following day to return it (even though it was completely my fault for forgetting it). Overwhelmed by the great service of Steven, Robert and the Audi service team! The service hours during the week are fabulous, which makes it so much more convenient to drop off or pick up my car. The first time, I returned the loaner and picked up my SQ5 (no problems). The second time, Steven had it delivered to me. He really went above and beyond! Audi replaces the rear differential and transmission in much less time than estimated. 5 days after picking my car up, the clamp on the catalytic converter broke. This was annoying to have to bring it back in, but not the fault of Audi. They took care of it quickly, and I haven't had any further problems since."

My service consultant, Jared Chipkin, kept me fully informed, and because of the inconvenience of this warranty problem, he intervened with the Audi district organization to obtain a refund of my Audi service contract. He also offered to have the car delivered to me which was totally exceptional as I live 125 miles from the dealership. Not only did the dealership detail my car (inside and outside), they also buffed a fender scratch -- at no charge. That is truly exceptional service."

Timely, efficient and friendly. I will come back to Audi Denver specifically because of him. My S4 was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. She was also clean as a whistle. Forgot how gorgeous she was because of how clean you were able to get it. It was obviously hand washed."
