Both my S8s received massive (5-15K) repairs at the same time. They went out of their way to find ways to mitigate the cost that allowed me to stick to my policy of only dealer service for my cars. I was very worried I'd have to go some independent place due to the massive repairs and costs but actually the worked with me to make it the same price or less than someone else with the VERY important peace of mind that the work was done by the dealer by a very high level / master technician / shop foreman in most cases!"

Customers can't always get time off from work to bring car in but by having device department open till midnight is the best decision ever. The service reps and mechanics are extremely friendly which is good cause alot of customers come in not in a great mood but by treating them like a human being turns their anger and frustration into leaving their car there and not mad at all."

April 17, 2017 | Katherine G. - "My car was towed into Audi Denver because I had 2 blown out tires. Bill Doud assisted me and immediately connected me with Enterprise to loan me a car which Audi Denver paid for. I had a very important document to get to an office downtown by the end of the business day. I did accomplish this. Mr. Doud also told me that my tires would be covered by the tire company as I bought them at Denver Audi. He called me to let me know I needed a 3rd tire due to it being worn and that I would need to pay for this tire and the alignment. He gave me my estimate over the phone and told me when my car would be ready the next day. My car was ready at the scheduled time. When I came to pick the car up, there was some question about the tire company paying for the 2 new tires because it was still in pending mode. I paid what Mr. Doud said was the estimate he quoted to me over the phone. About 10 days later, I called Mr. Doud to verify that my 2 new tires were covered by the tire company. He looked it up in the computer and said the tire company did OK my 2 new tires to be covered by the tire company and therefore I didn't owe any more money to Audi Denver. I was impressed with how efficient and calm Mr. Doud was. I was fairly anxious the day the tow truck brought my car to Audi Denver as the tires blew on the highway and the situation was really unnerving. Mr. Doud did everything I asked about and gave excellent customer service. I had received a recall notice in the mail. However, I was so shaken up about the 2 tires blowing out on the highway that I totally forgot about the recall. When I called Mr. Doud about the tire situation later, he said he had the electric coolant pump software taken care of when Audi Denver fixed my tires. I really appreciated this!"

When the service was complete, he arranged for Robert to deliver my car to work and pick up the loaner. Robert was incredibly helpful after I discovered I left my garage door opener in the loaner! He actually met me at work the following day to return it (even though it was completely my fault for forgetting it). Overwhelmed by the great service of Steven, Robert and the Audi service team! The service hours during the week are fabulous, which makes it so much more convenient to drop off or pick up my car. The first time, I returned the loaner and picked up my SQ5 (no problems). The second time, Steven had it delivered to me. He really went above and beyond! Audi replaces the rear differential and transmission in much less time than estimated. 5 days after picking my car up, the clamp on the catalytic converter broke. This was annoying to have to bring it back in, but not the fault of Audi. They took care of it quickly, and I haven't had any further problems since."

Chris then walked me to my vehicle and took the time to go over the front seat adjustments for the lumbar support. We were very concerned with the stalling issue as the vehicle had been in the previous week for the same issue. The vehicle was towed into the dealership and left at 5:00 AM after stalling on the interstate. We would have liked the vehicle to have been repaired on the first visit. This is my wife's vehicle and she take clients out to view homes most days and this is a very significant issue and risk to her safety and the satisfaction of our clients. The vehicle has a fuel issue. The initial service replaced the fuel pump which did not resolve the problem. The second visit replaced the sending unit, float/sensor and related hardware. We'll let you know if there are additional issues."
